Review:	Before this purchase, the last time I bought a car was in 2005. My experience with this dealer was not what I expected. It was much better than previous ones. There was no pressure and all my questions were answered. Jason let me drive the car and wasn’t concerned that i came back an hour later. The sale went smoothly and Jason said he might have another key for the car and advised me to call him when I am able to drop by. A week later I went to pick up the key. While waiting for him to finish with a customer, I looked around and saw a newer model that my wife wished I bought. When I asked Jason if I can make an exchange and buy the newer model, he let me do it. This was unexpected and no other dealer will probably do it. The first purchase was financed by BECU and when we made the exchange I have to ask BECU to finance the second one too. I was advised that Klean Carz have to write them a check to payoff the first loan. After a couple of days Jason and I went to the bank and wrote them a check. The second car did have a bad battery and when I told Jason about it he offered to help buy a new battery. I get to know Jason personally. He is fair and honest. I completely trust this dealer and I highly recommend him.

Review:	I have never dealt with a used car dealer like this before! When I arrived on the lot I introduced myself and wife shook hands, and he handed me the keys, and pointed me to the car and said "Check it out"! 15 minutes after we had discovered many features, Jason came by to see if we had any questions, and we did, so he helped us discover things we weren't actually looking for. The engine sounded great, so we took it out for a spin, the car performed great. We returned and purchased the car on the spot, without my mechanic looking at it. The price was right for the mileage on the car, and the sales staff was very efficient. After traveling ~ 60 miles home my mechanic said "we chose wisely". We are very happy with our purchase, this is the place to buy a used car! (Without the haggling)
